Codific is a product company with a strong focus on cybersecurity. Our key product is Videolab, a highly secure platform for developing communication skills in physicians.
We don’t buy talent, we develop it, where the key themes are software engineering and cyber security.
We offer options (stock options) to all colleagues who, after the vesting period, can become partners in Codific.

Key company services/products:
- Videolab - a highly secure platform for developing communication skills in doctors and other medical professionals. Doctors record consultations with real patients. The recordings are then shared with their colleagues and supervisors, who give them feedback where the topics with the most focus are the attention paid to the patient's emotions, the empathy shown, etc. Videolab is used by hospitals and medical university centers in Benelux.
- SARA - a universal platform designed for conducting all kinds of surveys, focused on data security and privacy.
- SAMMY - a system for analyzing and improving software security in an organization. SAMMY is an open source product developed in collaboration with the OWASP community.
What we believe in:
We believe in software engineering as a discipline, not in the ability to write code in a particular programming language. We are generalists in this regard and do not believe in narrow specialization.
Our colleagues have the opportunity to learn and participate in every aspect of software development, from defining requirements, to security and penetration testing, to putting the system into production (DevOps).
Additional Information:
- Codific is a horizontal organization with a focus on accountability and autonomy as a way of working. Seniority in the company means taking on more responsibilities (which goes hand in hand with skills, of course).
- We believe that creativity and best results are achieved in an open and egalitarian atmosphere. We listen to everyone's ideas and give colleagues the opportunity to work on them during working hours. But one of our unwritten rules is "he who gives the idea is responsible for it".
- We are perfectionists on the topics: solution quality, code, security and user interface.
- Our team has won the first and only cybergames organized by the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense in 2016.
- We are targeting an IPO on Euronext in the next 5-7 years, which will mean most of our colleagues will be able to retire before they turn 40.
