The company was founded by a group of hardcore devlopers and is organized around the ideas of meritocracy, memes and free beer. Typical of the organization is the avoidance of blindly applying by the book modern approaches like Scrum, OKR and Software Craftsmanship with the expectation that this will solve all problems from hygiene in toilets to technical management hired due to highly developed soft skills and failing to develop hard ones.
