Established in 2015, ClaimCompass is the first Bulgarian company that helps air passengers to claim their rights in case of flight problems. We have already helped thousands of passengers to receive millions of euros in compensation from airlines that violated their rights.
The European Regulation, which entitles passengers to €250 - €600 compensation per passenger, is still a secret that airlines keep well - only 2% of passengers in Europe make a claim each year when a flight is cancelled or delayed. At ClaimCompass we are on a mission to change that. We combine legal expertise, experience from thousands of claims and powerful software to deliver a service of the highest level.
