The work is super interesting, there's a lot of car work and a lot of people who can teach you a lot about programming and cars. Very cool and fun team, everyone helps out if needed. Very flexible hours. 9/10 dentists recommend.

If I had to describe what working at Carista is for me in a single sentence, I would say that I feel appreciated, listened to, and motivated by an incredibly positive and dynamic working atmosphere in which employees' growth and well-being are as important as company goals at the end of the day.

Being a foreigner has never been an obstacle for me working here, just the opposite. Working with a great group of open-minded people, eager to learn, support, and make difficult things easy for each other makes Carista a place where I found my small Bulgarian family.

I have been at Carista for more than 6 years and I can safely say that it is the perfect place for proactive and active people. The people in the company are great and you can always ask them for an opinion, advice or recommendation. Sky is the limit.
