I have always wanted to experience the scale of Borika and understand how all that we call the banking eco-system works, but through the technological prism. I am happy to be part of the Borika team and to be able to actively participate in strategic projects with broad societal relevance. My satisfaction comes not only from the projects I manage, but also from the opportunity to work with a wonderful team of professionals. Here I have met an environment where I feel comfortable and can develop professionally.

BORICA AD is the company that built me not only professionally, but also personally. Here I took my first steps, met a team of great professionals, learned a lot. The things I value most in my job are the trust, the interesting challenges and the opportunity for expression that is given to every employee. Even after 18 years with the company, I continue to work with desire, drive and ambition on many and varied projects, to develop and conquer new and new heights.

I work with a wonderful team, able to cope with both the dynamic environment and the challenges imposed by local and international standards. I am delighted to be able to contribute to various FinTech projects in one of the fastest growing segments at the moment.

For me, Borika is life and passion, dynamism, security and stability. I started from the student bench and for over 25 years now I wake up in the morning with another bold idea to implement. Here I have the opportunity to design and implement significant projects for the largest banking institutions in the country. The most valuable thing for me at BORICA is that I can build on myself and my knowledge, having the freedom to apply different approaches and innovative technology solutions in automating the palette of business processes for cash flow management.

I like my job at Borika because it gives me the opportunity to participate in interesting and challenging projects related to the digitalization of the banking and finance business in Bulgaria. To this end, we use the most advanced and robust technologies in the company. Borika is the employer where I grew up, both professionally and in a general human aspect.

My work at Borika is dynamic and by no means monotonous. I feel very comfortable in the company, mostly because of the relationships with colleagues and everyone's willingness to help when there is a problem. I accept the team I work with as my second family.
