Annual leave
As a standard, everyone is entitled to 21 days paid annual leave.
Depending on the level of expertise, the leave is increased to 25 days for colleagues at senior level.
Work from home
Hybrid 3x2 work model (office; home) as per internal policy.

In its current form, Blankfactor has existed since 2015. However, the history of the company takes us back to 2012 when two of the founding leadership team in the US met for the first time and committed to creating technology solutions in a new way. Their main intention was to find a new protocol to work with that allowed products to be prepared with both a focus on quality and speed, but also with a more open approach to the customer. The model and work process they are building is designed to support the huge challenge facing 21st century companies to reorganize to new age technologies.
The Blankfactor team is truly international, encouraging mobility between the locations where we work and a friendly working spirit.
