Bildau and Bussman is a family-owned company in the construction industry with around 300 employees worldwide, but our home is in Berlin. Founded before the fall of the wall, our company has been manufacturing wood windows and doors for more than 40 years. Last year, we launched a new web-based platform to improve communication with our customers.

We distribute our products through a network of window dealers on a business-to-business basis as well as to end customers. In addition to manufacturing competitively priced windows and doors for the mass market, our focus has always been providing customized and high quality products to discerning architects and customers. We are also very proud of our commitment to producing accurate reproduction windows and doors based on historic designs.

Multiple digital products are developed by a small full-time team. The team's work consists of developing and maintaining various types of web and mobile applications as well as a custom ERP system that the company uses. The work is organized in an agile workflow with the most typical elements of scrum.
