Annual leave
All employees have 25 days off 1 additional provided by Baringa between Christmas holidays.
In addition, employees are eligible to use additional days for certification and volunteer activities.
Work from home
Currently, all company employees are allowed to work from home as well as the office, but we encourage colleagues to be in the office at least a few days a month so they can communicate with their teams in person.
Depending on the project they are working on, company employees will have the opportunity to be sent on business trips to the client's office out of the country.
