Astea gives me the freedom to pursue who I want to be.

I chose Astea as a company before I even knew what position I wanted to take. My colleagues are great, cool and outstanding professionals. I enjoy working in a relaxed environment where we help and support each other.

In my eyes, Astea is both a working environment where processes happen at an extremely high professional level and a place where people express themselves as individuals. Here, rational thought and a human attitude go hand in hand and quite realistically work like a well-oiled machine. I am happy with my surroundings and this motivates me to want to succeed together with my colleagues.

Astea is a company that places a lot of trust in its employees in terms of freedom of choice - of working hours and location, of employment hours, of project or technology choice. On the one hand it motivates us to do our best, on the other it brings teams together, and sets a great example for grown-up relationships in a professional environment!

I choose to work at Astea because here I have the freedom to do what I find interesting without being constrained by a particular technology or even position. I like that I can trust my colleagues, and that we all share the vision for the success of a project. I often find like-minded people here for my non-work interests, and the 30-hour work week ensures that I have time for them as well.

I have been working at Astea for 5 years now as a software analyst and designer. Here the design role is expanded - I have the opportunity to create not only in the visual part of the application, but also to actively work with clients on the overall product development.

I communicate with the clients and users of the project and gather and analyze the information I need. In this way, I am able to design not only for a beautiful and convenient product, but also for a product that solves real problems for real people. This brings me real job satisfaction.
