Appzio has a flexible policy on working from home and it's perfectly normal for us to have those days.
Most of our team members work in our office so they can discuss tasks during the day and work on them together.
They also have the option to work from home when they prefer and when it does not interfere with their tasks.

Our employees have the option to come to work and leave early or later.
It's important that we meet in the office most of the day so we can discuss current tasks and exchange ideas.
We also realize that there are days when one may prefer to work from home to focus or just be at peace. We respect that and find it perfectly normal.

This allows web developers to create apps without the need for Java, Swift and Objective C specialists. This makes the process much easier and affordable for more companies.
