What is our software development process:
We use Scrum. Our sprints are 2 weeks long. Each sprint we have a planning meeting at the beginning, daily stand-ups during the sprint, a sprint overview, a demo, and a retrospective at the end of the sprint. We also meet weekly to clear the backlog.
We do our best to minimize the number of meetings so that developers have as much time as possible to work on the app.
