Amdaris, an Insight company is an international company founded in Bristol in 2009, providing innovative software services. As a result of its sustained development and vision for growth, it has opened offices in Moldova, Romania, Dubai, Ukraine and Bulgaria, and in 2022 has become one of the fastest growing technology companies in Eastern Europe, increasing its headcount by 94% (from 451 people to 819) this year alone, and Amdaris’ employee retention rate globally is 86%, a sure indicator of employee satisfaction.
