Annual leave
Our employees start with 25 days of paid annual leave and receive 2 additional days for each year with the company, up to a maximum of 30 days.
Work from home
We follow a hybrid working model that allows us to balance working from home and working from the Amadeus Sofia office.
Additionally, we can take advantage of workation - working out of the country for 30 calendar days a year.

Amadeus Sofia employs the following key units:
Leisure Package Distribution (LPD)
Our technology creates a better experience for travellers - over 220 tour operators can search between 250 billion travel deals in milliseconds thanks to our comparison and booking tools. Our team works with Agile methodology. It is structured in streams and specialized groups (chapters), providing comprehensive support on all projects.
Rail
We provide solutions to more than 90 rail operators, serving 30 billion passengers. Our team brings together 250 colleagues, spread across 16 Scrum teams, working in eight locations around the world to create technologies that make rail travel easier and more seamless. Amadeus Rail Display is a dedicated train booking system - part of the Amadeus Selling Platform used by travel agencies across our global network.
Front Office
We are at the forefront of the Live Travel Space. Our goal is to provide travel agents with the best user experience in the industry through innovative and secure Front Office platforms and interfaces that help them meet digitalization and serve the new-age traveler efficiently. Our primary goal is to be recognized by travel agents as the user experience leader for Front Office solutions and interfaces.
Cytric Solutions
Amadeus Cytric is a business travel solution co-developed with Microsoft and Accenture and launched in 2022. It delivers unique value to enterprise customers by allowing employees to manage their travel and expenses, and collaborate directly in Microsoft tools such as Teams, without the need for a separate corporate booking portal. Over 800 people in various locations around the world are working on this innovative platform.
