Accedia is a Bulgarian technology company providing consulting services and software development and complete IT solutions. Founded in 2012, Axidia is now among the top employers in Bulgaria. In addition to growing its .NET, Java, and Front-end teams, Axidia has been expanding its expertise in DevOps and cloud technologies over the past few years, drawing on its years of experience with Azure and AWS. Currently the focus is on realizing new opportunities for customers through Machine Learning and developing the AI competencies of the team.
Some of Accedia’s hundreds of projects include:
- Managing AWS & Azure resources for a South African company, the equivalent of ‘Netflix’ in the local market, thereby saving them millions of dollars subsequently invested in strategic activities for the company;
- An AI fraud prevention solution for a leading UK financial institution that improves credit risk assessment and customer acceptance.
- A digital marketplace for aviation parts that facilitates purchasing and improves global logistics for an international leader in aviation;
- An IoT-based analytics platform that captures telemetry data from machinery and provides real-time information for an international rail engineering company. The solution integrates mapping technologies to optimize machine performance analysis.

Work from home
Accedia allows you to work from anywhere in Bulgaria, as well as up to 20 working days per calendar year working from another EU country. Our desire is to continue to expand our team with people from other cities in Bulgaria besides Sofia, where our office is located. We currently have colleagues working entirely remotely from Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse, Stara Zagora, Pleven, etc.
Flexible working hours
Working hours in the company are flexible. Anyone could fit a personal commitment into the work day, as long as it fits the needs of the project they are working on and is communicated with the line manager and team
