I am happy to be part of a Bulgarian product company that is well established in international markets.

What inspires me is the challenging work. The nature of the technological problems we face often requires an unconventional and innovative approach, not just the execution of routine software operations. The team's tasks span the entire spectrum of a programmer's knowledge, from the lowest level of hardware management to the highest in web browsing. We have the freedom to create our own solutions and products and that makes our work challenging, responsible and fun.

Success is what motivates me. I know that my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve greater professional success and that's what drives me to keep going.

I feel that aligning my personal goals with the company's vision and values makes me confident that my efforts are in the right direction and I am on the right path. This encourages me to be even more persistent.

Success is important to me on both a personal and organizational level. The motivation is in seeing the organization grow, which ultimately leads to a sense of personal accomplishment and success as well. There may be instances of failure or stagnation, but that doesn't demotivate me in any way. On the contrary, the taste of success after failure is what keeps the fire burning in me and drives me to strive and achieve even more, regardless of the circumstances.

What I like and appreciate most about working at Abrites is the ability to make my own decisions about features to implement and how to implement them.

The other thing I especially like is the fact that you go through all the phases of creating a product and most of all - everyone sees in a finished form the things they make and how they are used in real life and help people in their work.

The freedom to create complete software solutions, the opportunity to participate in every stage of the product realization - from the research, through the implementation, to its launch on the market, the ability to proactively monitor market needs and get direct feedback on the satisfaction of customers working with the products I produce, are the things that have kept me firmly connected with Abrites for 12 years. I am happy to find in the company a supportive environment where I can freely express my opinion, share ideas and find support and confidence in their implementation.

I am currently leading a project to develop a product that will support the development of electric urban transport, thereby ensuring sustainable development, reducing emissions and reducing the cost of electricity.
