INTEGRATE ZIGZAG WITH YOUR E-COMMERCE STORE
ZigZag will provide you with an online portal branded with your logo for mobile, tablet and desktop.
Customer can use this portal to submit a return request for items. The customer then enters the order number in combination with an email, zip code or last digits of a phone number. The portal can also be accessed from a QR code in a shipping note or from a link in an order confirmation email.
YOUR CUSTOMERS REQUEST THEIR RETURNS
The customer sees their shopping cart and they can select the item(s) they wish to return, also select the reason for return from a customized list - we support over 25 languages.
The customer can then be offered a list of courier options depending on the options you want to provide your customers.
TRACK, MANAGE AND RESELL YOUR GOODS
Returns are tracked in full or in part where possible, and the ZigZag returns platform will give visibility of what is being returned and how much it will cost before it has even left the customer.
Once the item has been returned by the customer, warehouse staff selected on the ZigZag system can open and inspect the goods to check that their integrity is as described. We can route the return to where it is most likely to be sold or shipped back via the most cost effective route.
By using ZigZag's returns platform, online retailers can save money on shipping, customers can get a faster refund on their purchase, and goods will be returned to the supply chain and rerouted faster for the next sale.
