Annual leave
For each year with the company, 1 day of additional paid leave is earned, up to a maximum of 26 days.
Work from home
Our work-from-home policy was flexible and unrestricted before the pandemic. We continue to believe that the important thing is to get the job done, no matter how many hours you worked or from where.

ROITI is a Bulgarian company founded in 2013 by two Bulgarians - Lyubomir Yordanov and Ventsislav Topuzov. Together they formed a team and continue to work with the people at ROITI and the company's clients.
ROITI has been operating successfully since its inception and each year has increased its revenue and experience. With 11 active clients, three of whom have been with it since the beginning, the company has been able to establish a solid foundation for future growth. In 2019, the number of employees is set to double, reaching over 90 people by 2024.
For ROITI, people are the most important asset, and their development is a key priority for the company's future.
