Golang Developer (Mid-level)

We are looking for a GoLang Developer to join one of our teams – Bluebeam.

Our dedicated Bluebeam team develops award-winning PDF solutions trusted by 4 million users in architecture, engineering, and construction. The team builds industry-standard software for project collaboration, document markup, and workflow automation, serving AEC professionals and government agencies worldwide.

YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Go-based microservices and cloud-native applications;
• Build and maintain REST APIs that integrate with front-end applications and third-party systems;
• Work with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, and ELB to build scalable cloud solutions;
• Implement and optimize NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, DocumentDB, or MongoDB;
• Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to evaluate and select technologies;
• Contribute to sprint planning, daily standups, refinement sessions, and retrospectives in an agile environment;
• Occasionally work on front-end features using React, Angular, or TypeScript.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• 4+ years of total software development experience in Go or any other programming language;
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, DocumentDB, MongoDB, or similar);
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, ELB, etc.);
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems;
• Experience designing, implementing, and consuming REST APIs;
• Understanding of HTTP protocols and RESTful architecture principles;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams;
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal);
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science studies.

CONSIDERED A PLUS

• Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or TypeScript;
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices;
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message queues;
• Background in agile/SCRUM methodologies.
