We are currently looking for an attentive and motivated individual to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with technology and business professionals to identify and document requirements, solve issues and ensure quality and customer satisfaction with project delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Gather and define user requirements using interviews, workshops, document/system analysis, and research techniques
• Define project scope, objectives, and approach in collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and project managers
• Create business models, process flows, data models, user stories, and wireframes to translate business needs into solutions
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, QAs, and IT teams to deliver BI, data, and business application solutions
• Coordinate with client teams to validate requirements, manage scope, and resolve production issues (data quality, ETL, etc.)
• Develop and review UAT test cases, train testers, and approve functionalities before release
• Provide guidance on application behavior, optimize processes, and act as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Configure out-of-the-box solutions (e.g., SharePoint workflows) and support user training and implementation
• Visualize and present solutions and data professionally, thriving in cross-cultural and multinational environments

We’re looking for a specialist with:

• 1+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Good understanding of the stakeholders’ perspective – their concerns and challenges about the business needs and project requirements
• Ability to develop project documentation, write gap analysis and business specifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills, both in English and Bulgarian; speak knowledgeably with members of both the business and technology teams
• Creative thinking, enthusiasm and persistence
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Willingness to work with different technologies and innovative tools
• Professional appearance and business behaviour
• Team player attitude

What we will value but NOT insist on:

• Official certification in BA
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with emphasis on technology
• Knowledge of Relational Databases
• Any experience with BI tools and report building (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau or other)
