Key Responsibilities
• Plan, install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022/2025) ensuring high availability and security.
• Administer and monitor Active Directory Services
• Manage Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 suite
• Oversee virtualization and clustering technologies: Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware ESXi
• Plan and execute Patch Management for Windows Servers and related infrastructure to ensure compliance and security.
• Participate in system architecture planning, deployment, and optimization of servers, storage, and clusters.
• Ensure compliance with business continuity, security standards, and operational best practices.
Requirements
• Education: University degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Windows Server administration and enterprise IT environments.
• Expertise in Azure Cloud, Microsoft Exchange 2019/Online, and Office 365 services.
• Solid knowledge of virtualization and clustering (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Familiarity with business process improvement and IT governance principles.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a team-oriented environment.
