We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Engineer to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end platform solutions. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of core modules, automate workflows, maintain CMDB integrity, and integrate with DevOps pipelines—driving operational excellence and digital service innovation.
What You’ll Do
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Management
• Deploy and fine-tune ITOM capabilities: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration
• Automate operational workflows using Flow Designer and Scripted REST APIs
• Ensure CMDB integrity and accurate infrastructure mapping
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (REST/SOAP)
• Design advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and SLA visibility
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on platform best practices
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and implement sustainable solutions
• Embed ITIL practices and governance standards across ITSM and ITOM modules
Required Skills & Experience
• Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM modules
• Proficiency in automation workflows (Flow Designer, Orchestration)
• Experience with SPM modules (PPM, APM, Demand Management) a plus
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL practices and ServiceNow best practices
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
• Ability to operate independently and drive platform improvements
