What is the role?

We are looking for a highly skilled Embedded Systems QA Engineer for our high-end computing solutions. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our most advanced satellite embedded systems. Your work will be crucial to the success of our missions, as you architect, develop, and execute test plans while identifying and reporting defects. Your efforts will enhance system robustness and reliability, directly contributing to the high quality of our products.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Actively participate in the development cycle of our high-performance computing solutions
• Improve product designs by iteratively testing novel developments, creating logs and reporting defects using bug tracking tools
• Work in close collaboration with an experienced team of systems, software, hardware, and mechanical engineers
• Maintain and extend existing software testing infrastructure and tooling

What do we look for?

• A Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics or a closely related field
• 4+ years of experience as an embedded QA engineer
• Proven experience in embedded systems testing, particularly within Linux environments
• Strong understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, and CAN protocols
• Experience and familiarity with the Python programming language
• Fundamental understanding of electronics, RF communications, control theory
• Hand-on experience working with hardware test-equipment
