About the Role

Our client, a global iGaming technology company, is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead large-scale Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

You’ll ensure predictable delivery, cross-team alignment, and continuous improvement across multiple teams, coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and organizational leaders in Lean-Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Agile Release Train with clarity, confidence, and a bias for action
• Facilitate PI Planning, ART Syncs, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other SAFe ceremonies
• Align delivery with strategic business objectives and maximize customer value
• Identify and remove systemic impediments; drive continuous improvement
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership in Lean-Agile principles
• Use flow metrics, velocity, and predictability for data-driven decisions
• Ensure delivery is transparent, predictable, and value-focused

Requirements

• Proven experience as RTE, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach
• Deep understanding of SAFe and Agile frameworks
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in large-scale Agile transformations is a plus
• Knowledge of DevOps, continuous delivery, and automation practices is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Relevant certifications: SAFe RTE, Scrum Master, Agile Coach (preferred)
