About the role

This time we’re building something new!

We’re assembling a brand-new DevOps team to support one of our major customers – a mature and tech-savvy enterprise working with cutting-edge data center technologies.

We are looking for Mid and Senior level Network Security Engineers to grow and thrive with us!

* The positions are suitable for candidates from all over Bulgaria!

Daily challenges

• Leading deep-level troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support;
• Planning and implementing normal, standard, or emergency changes within the applicable technology platform that you are responsible for;
• Proactively anticipating issues or situations which impact the service quality;
• Participating in Projects and Problem Management lifecycle activities;
• Building good awareness of the customers’ business, environment, support processes and adopting new technologies;
• Participating in on-call duty shift schedule.

eXperience and skills required

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines. Alternatively, an equivalent level of experience;
• Min. 3 years (Mid level) and min. 5 years (Senior level) of IT experience, ideally in support of Network Security environments;
• Strong technical knowledge of Firewall technologies (Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet);
• Experience with IPS/IDS technology, Proxy (Skyhigh – McAfee), Load Balancers ASM modules (F5 or other similar vendors.), Cisco ISE;
• Knowledge about security threats;
• Good understanding and adherence to the ITIL framework (Change Management, etc.) and DevOPS model;
• Autonomy and good problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in English language.

What we will consider as an advantage:

• Cloud Based Firewalls (Azure, AWS);
• Experience in scripting and automation (e.g. Terraform, Python, Ansible, GitLab or similar tools);
• Experience with Cisco Nexus switching platforms;
• Infoblox – DNS/DHCP;
• Experience in enterprise environments or large-scale network operations.
