What will you be working on?
At Camplight, our DevOps teams support multiple partner platforms and internal initiatives across different FIT leads and technologies. As Senior DevOps, you’ll be responsible for running parts of the DevOps organization, working closely with engineers and partners to keep systems healthy and delivery friction low.
You’ll work on:
CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code implementations
Day-to-day platform operations and support
Incident response and operational improvements
Supporting development teams across multiple technology stacks
Your Role
Your role will be focused on execution, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Run and support parts of the DevOps teams
Build, maintain, and improve automated pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
Ensure development and deployment workflows are reliable and fast
Handle day-to-day support and incidents for platforms
Coordinate closely with FIT leads, engineers, and partners
Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement

Requirements
5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering
Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar)
Strong Linux, networking, and troubleshooting skills
Experience handling production incidents and on-call responsibilities
Experience supporting multiple teams or products
Exposure to R&D or fast-changing environments
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Previous experience in a team lead or engineering manager role

What does the interview process look like?
Initial Interview: A 45-minute cultural and technical interview focusing on DevOps experience, leadership approach, and operational mindset.
You can choose between two Technical Deep Dive options:
Homework Assignment: A short practical assignment (~2 hours) followed by a 1-hour discussion.
Live Technical Session: A 2-hour session focused on CI/CD, infrastructure, and incident-handling scenarios.
