What are we looking for?

• Lead workshops with Business Data Owners/Stewards to surface data pain points and define fit-for purpose quality rules (accuracy, completeness, timeliness, consistency)
• Document rule logic, data lineage touchpoints, acceptance criteria, and success measures. Align with Data Quality Index templates and playbooks
• Translate business rules into implementation-ready specs for Data Engineers/Quality Analysts. Ensure DQI rule parametrization and aggregation are consistent with the framework
• Partner with platform teams to integrate rules into pipelines and DQI computation; validate results and coordinate UAT with SMEs
• Build/curate dashboards and scorecards (Purview metadata + Power BI), publish Steering Committee ready insights, and track remediation throughput and cycletime
• Prepare concise materials and present progress in Steering Committees, ensuring decisions, risks, and asks are explicit
• Maintain and prioritize the Data Quality backlog; drive the delivery
• Implement Data Quality monitoring (dashboards, scorecards, alerts) for critical datasets
• Lead issue triage and remediation with source/application teams
• Contribute to enrich data catalog/lineage
• Prepare training materials and playbooks for Data Stewards and business users
• Report progress using agreed KPIs aligned with governance policies
• Maintain clear documentation of data quality rules, processes, and remediation plans

And if you meet the following criteria

• Business analysis in data-intensive environments (requirements, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT)
• Practical experience with data quality management (profiling, rule definition, scoring, RCA, remediation planning) and metadata/catalog concepts
• Hands on with SQL and comfort exploring data to validate hypotheses and rules (pairing with Data Quality Analysts/engineers for implementation)
• Python experience is a strong plus
• Strong stakeholder management: able to mediate business/IT tradeoffs, secure ownership, and drive decisions through governance forums
• Have proven experience in data projects (ex: data architecture, data modeling, data quality, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of data quality principles, data governance frameworks, and metadata management
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively
• Familiarity with data governance solutions (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica)
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI)
• Proficient user of standard office IT applications (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Have proven experience in working with several stakeholders, regions, and multicultural teams
• Fluent English
