    The Data Quality Specialist will play a key role in improving the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise data assets. This role supports the Data Governance program by implementing data quality frameworks, monitoring compliance, and driving remediation initiatives across critical domains.

    • Apply and maintain data quality rules, standards, and KPIs defined by the Data Governance team
    • Support deployment of the Data Quality Index (DQI) across prioritized domains
    • Perform data profiling to identify anomalies, duplicates and inconsistencies
    • Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to track data quality metrics
    • Provide regular reports to governance committees and business stakeholders
    • Work closely with Data Owners, Stewards and Architects to ensure adherence to governance policies
    • Assist in remediation campaigns and quality improvement projects
    • Maintain clear documentation of data quality rules, processes and remediation plans
    • Have proven experience in data projects (data architecture, data modeling, data quality, etc.)
    • Strong knowledge of data quality principles, data governance frameworks, and metadata management
    • Hands-on experience with data profiling tools and SQL for data analysis
    • Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively
    • Familiarity with data governance solutions (e.g. Microsoft Purview, Collibra, Informatica)
    • Knowledge of a data visualization tool (Power BI)
    • Proficient user of standard office IT applications (PowerPoint and Excel)
    • Understanding of regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and data privacy standards is a plus
    • Have proven experience in working with several stakeholders, regions and multicultural teams
