    This role will lead the functional extension of Oracle HCM Cloud into new talent-related modules, ensuring alignment with HR best practices and organizational development goals.The position is critical to the successful adoption of new HCM capabilities and requires close collaboration to drive change management and user adoption.

    • Act as the functional expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules
    • Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of:
      • Performance Management (objectives, evaluations, review cycles)
      • Learning (training catalogs, mandatory training, development programs)
      • Ensure solutions align with HR policies, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
    • Analyze and optimize HR processes, including:
      • Annual performance evaluation cycles
      • Goal and development planning
      • Mandatory and role-based training
    • Translate HR requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations
    • Drive change management activities to ensure adoption by employees and managers
    • Support communication, training materials, and user enablement initiatives
    • Act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders throughout implementation and rollout
    • Work closely with Corporate HR to align system capabilities with strategic talent objectives
    • Coordinate with IT, integration teams, and external partners as needed
    • Provide functional guidance during testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
    • Strong functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on:
      • Performance Management
      • Learning
    • In-depth understanding of HR and Talent Management processes
    • Experience configuring and deploying Oracle HCM modules in enterprise environments
    • Ability to translate business and HR needs into effective system configurations
    • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications, especially in Talent Management modules is nice to have
    • Experience in large or international organizations is nice to have
    • Background in change management or HR transformation projects is nice to have
