As an Oracle Fusion Reporting & BI Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level reports and dashboards using Oracle reporting tools. You will work closely with finance, HR, and technical teams to deliver insightful analytics that support operational and strategic decisions, reduce dependence on external consultants, and empower internal users.

What are we looking for?

• Design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
• Build custom data models beyond standard OTBI data sets to enable advanced reporting capabilities
• Create visual analytics solutions to present key business KPIs (e.g., financial performance, HR analytics, operational metrics)
• Develop a deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud data structures (Finance, HCM, etc.)
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate new data sources and convert legacy reports into next-generation analytics
• Support internal training initiatives promoting adoption of Oracle analytics tools, particularly Fusion Data Intelligence
• Act as a subject-matter expert for BI tools and analytics solutions, helping stakeholders leverage data effectively
• Partner with business units to gather reporting requirements and deliver valuable insights
• Advocate best practices for data quality, governance, and reuse of analytical assets

And if you meet the following criteria

• Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards with Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Data Intelligence
• Strong ability to create custom data models and extend reporting beyond standard tool capabilities
• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP data structures (Finance and/or HCM modules)
• Solid understanding of SQL, data warehousing fundamentals, and reporting best practices
• Excellent communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Background in BI enablement or analytics training within enterprise organizations
• Familiarity with data governance and metadata management principles
• Fluent English
