You will drive high-impact projects by overseeing the planning and delivery of focused software initiatives and solutions that directly support business goals.
Guide the team on the best standards for full cycle software development. You will rock on this job if you love clean, scalable and elegant code across all teams.
You will partner closely with product managers, architects, designers, and other leaders. Your input will help shape technical strategy, set priorities, and ensure the right solutions are delivered on time.
Help manage external partners and ensure contractors are working effectively and meeting expectations. You’ll play a key role in aligning all contributing teams toward shared outcomes.
Identify gaps, propose solutions, and introduce modern tools and methodologies. You’ll foster a culture where constant learning and growth are second nature.
Support the creation of clear metrics and reporting workflows that give transparency into project health, delivery status, and team performance – empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Mitigate risk and spot potential issues before they become blockers, recommend solutions, and ensure projects stay on track from start to finish.
What You Bring:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
10+ years in software development experience.
2+ years leading small to mid-size diverse and distributed teams.
Strong Java and Spring Boot development background.
Proven leadership of internal teams and external contractors in agile environments.
Deep understanding of software architecture, design principles, and development best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical conversations.
Practical experience with CI/CD, version control, and automated testing frameworks.
Bonus Points:
Experience with commonly used cloud solution providers.
Familiarity with any modern frontend framework or additional programming languages.
Understanding of DevOps practices and automation tooling.
Background in enterprise-scale or large systems development.
Experience working within Scrum, Kanban, or similar agile frameworks.
