IT Business Analyst, Professional Services Team

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with strong Product Ownership capabilities to join our fast-growing team. You will work closely with development teams, product owners, and clients to define product requirements, drive delivery, and ensure successful product outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a fundamental understanding of the end-to-end player platform experience and business needs

Act as a Product Owner proxy for internal development teams

Translate high-level product goals into clear, functional and technical requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria

Collaborate daily with Backend, Frontend, Design, QA and other stakeholders.

Conduct deep functional and technical analysis to support solution design and implementation

Own requirement lifecycle: discovery → documentation → scope alignment → delivery support → validation

Work with data and reporting tools to extract relevant insights and make data-driven product decisions

Identify and manage risks, ensuring product scope and delivery are in line with expectations

Support market research and localization needs for different B2B operator clients

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Product Owner in software development (preferably in the gambling/iGaming industry)

Proven experience writing functional documentation, user stories and managing product scope

Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with developers and architects

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset

Highly organized, proactive, delivery-focused, with ownership mentality

Excellent communication skills in English — written and verbal

Strong command of the English Language (verbal and written)
