Matrix Eastern Europe, the offshore division of Matrix IT, one of the leading global R&D services companies with more than 11,000 professionals, is looking for an eCommerce QA & Implementation Specialist – 6 monthsto join one of our teams -Keter!

At Keter, the eCommerce QA & Implementation Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of their digital commerce platform. This position involves hands-on implementation of changes within Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and thorough quality assurance testing for new features and bug fixes. You will work closely with the Digital Product Manager, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

Implement configuration changes, content updates, and minor technical adjustments in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely deployments.
Create and execute test cases for new features, bug fixes, and enhancements.
Identify, document, and report issues clearly, and follow up on resolutions.
Validate functionality against business requirements and user stories.
Assist in managing release cycles and prioritizing tasks.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Work with analytics to assess feature impact on conversion rates.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) – this is mandatory.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ability to make minor adjustments).
Familiarity with QA processes, including test case creation and execution.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira.
Experience with Accessibility Testing.
