We are working on projects around the world: almost all countries in Europe, the Middle East, the USA and Africa. We are a strategic partner of the biggest SAP Services providers, where we are delivering Implementation and Support services. NTT Data Business Solutions is a part of NTT Data Business Solutions Germany.

We are now looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions to meet complex business needs, bridging technology and business strategy.
• Create scalable, robust platform architectures ensuring long-term stability and innovation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization, applying ServiceNow best practices to drive digital engltransformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across NDBS and the wider NTT DATA Inc. group.
• Understand and align with architectural landscapes across 3rd-party tools, legacy systems, and the broader IT layer.
• Design and enhance the ServiceNow data model.
• Ensure proper governance and platform hygiene by determining when customization is appropriate versus using out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Work closely in an international development team within a matrix-driven organization.
• Continuously develop your technical and personal competencies.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow CSM module and ServiceNow platform (must-have).
• Strong expertise in the ServiceNow data model (must-have).
• Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM (advantage).
• Strong knowledge of IntegrationHub and integration patterns.
• Experience with Automation Center / workflows (advantage).
• Practical experience using RIA technologies & frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, JavaScript, Python, Perl, HTML, CSS).
• Proven experience integrating diverse platforms via middleware, scripts, synchronous/asynchronous APIs.
• Experience with GIT SCM and agile software development methodologies.
• Strong written and spoken English.
