    Key Responsibilities

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients and accounts.

    Serve as the main point of contact within client organizations and advise on business needs.

    Understand client operations, monitor content, and gather feedback to drive product improvements.

    Proactively identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s position.

    Develop, maintain, and execute account plans to optimize revenue-generating activities.

    Keep clients informed about new payment features and services, ensuring smooth integration.

    Resolve customer complaints efficiently and provide timely solutions.

    Collaborate with product and technical teams to integrate new payment methods.

    Initiate process improvements to enhance payment services and customer satisfaction.

    Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

     

    Requirements

    3+ years of experience in the online B2B sector as an Account Manager or Project Manager (advantageous).

    Experience in online gaming and payments industries.

    Proven track record in managing key accounts, growing business portfolios, and achieving revenue targets.

    Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, proactive mindset.

    Experience working remotely with clients and managing contractual obligations.

    Excellent proposal drafting and presentation skills.

    Fluency in English and Spanish.
