About the role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 E5 services, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender, and other related technologies. This role requires strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused approach. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Microsoft 365 environment and providing reliable support to end users.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including:
Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
Microsoft Intune (device and application management)
Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365 security)
Monitor system performance, availability, and security across Microsoft 365 services
Provide Tier 2/3 support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
Implement and maintain compliance policies, conditional access, and security baselines
Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure and cloud initiatives to ensure smooth operations
Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing
Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates, new features, and best practices to optimize service delivery
Requirements
Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration, preferably 3+ years
Strong understanding of cloud identity, device management, and collaboration tools
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-300, MD-102) are a plus
Experience working with hybrid environments (on-premises AD + Azure AD)
Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Defender XDR, and other compliance/security solutions
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results
Customer-focused mindset with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
