Senior Business Expert (Cards and New Payments) (m/f/diverse)

As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey and we are looking for a Senior Business Expert in our Cards and New Payments team.

Your tasks:

• Clarification of business requirement.
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Providing a structured solution design for new or updated features fitting to expected development times & committed time to market.
• Testing existing & new features including Defect management.
• Supporting incident resolution and bug fixing and supporting development team.
• Improvements of products, services, processes and/or system, IT are considered regarding the objectives of the Commerzbank IT-Strategy.
• Supplier and customer system management – communication of new topics, collecting feedback and new requirements.
• Stakeholder Management as reporting relevant information to management including preparing decisions.
• Working in an agile team setup, meaning the team includes business domain & analysts, developers and application operation experts.
• Working in an agile team setup and participating in scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro).

Your profile:

• Knowledge in Credit Cards processes including SEPA payment & clearing procedures.
• Rapid understanding of complex issues.
• Experience with designing solutions using concepts – software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, layered, etc.).
• .Understanding of programming languages and software technologies as Kafka and Cloud to design the solution architecture.
• Experience in SQL Queries.
• Knowledge of database & REST API design.
• Ability to communicate with the intended audience and coordination of information, tasks and requirements towards team and stakeholders.
• Experience in structured software testing based on market concepts & tools (i.e. Octane).
• Agile Methods Scrum and Kanban.
• Fluent English.
• Good knowledge of German in speech and writing highly appreciated. Candidates offering such skills will be preferred.
