    Tech Stack / Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement AI models and algorithms.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities.

    • Optimize and validate machine learning models.

    • Document AI processes and mentor junior engineers.

    • Stay current with AI advancements and ensure ethical AI practices.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

    • Several years of experience in AI development and/or  machine learning.

    • Proficiency in Python and experience with at least some of: Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft CoPilot Studio, and RAG.

    • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, model optimization, and AI governance.

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

     

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
