About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing, innovation-driven tech organization within the iGaming sector, developing a full suite of online gaming solutions — including casino content, sportsbook products, and a large-scale modular gambling platform. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 4–7 developers and QA engineers.
Provide strong technical direction for enterprise-scale projects built with the latest .NET Framework, MVC, and Entity Framework.
Establish and promote reusable architectural and design standards across the platform.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and engineering best practices.
Support onboarding of new team members and help them integrate smoothly into ongoing projects.
Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure alignment and clarity across stakeholders.
Requirements
Previous experience in a leadership or team management role within software development.
Ability to organize, coordinate, and guide development processes for large and complex systems.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.
Excellent communication capabilities for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including at least 2 years within a structured organization.
Experience handling large data distribution across different platforms.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and relational databases.
Familiarity with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins), SOLID principles, design patterns, Kibana & Elasticsearch, messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis).
