Key Responsibilities

Design engaging game mechanics and user experiences within the product.

Analyze product metrics and develop hypotheses for improvement.

Generate and propose innovative ideas for new games.

Maintain clear and detailed design documentation.

Manage multiple projects from initial concept through realization and approval processes.

Conduct weekly project reviews for responsibilities under your scope.

Collaborate closely with development and math teams to ensure smooth execution.

Stay informed about casino game industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in the iGaming industry.

Experience leading design meetings and presenting ideas clearly.

Proven experience in designing game systems and understanding slot mechanics.

Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking.

Ability to structure information, communicate effectively, and defend design decisions.

Deep passion for gaming with attention to visual detail.

Bonus: experience with Unreal or Unity, math or art background.
