SAP Human Capital Management Consultant

YOUR MISSION

Collaborate with international clients at the intersection of business and technology

Analyze and optimize global HR processes within corporate and compliance frameworks

Design innovative SAP HCM solutions and drive their end-to-end implementation

Configure core HCM components, including Personnel Administration,

Organizational Management, Time Management, HR Analytics, and CATS

Ensure seamless SAP standard integration and alignment with S/4HANA architecture

Support project planning, delivery, and evaluation activities

Provide advisory input and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

Proven experience in SAP HCM configuration and implementation, covering at least three of the following: OM, PA, TM, ESS, MSS, CATS

Proficiency in process analysis and functional specification development

Confident communicator with a structured, analytical mindset

Advantage: familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP HCM certification

Fluent in English; German is an asset

Willingness to travel and engage with international clients
