We’re hiring a senior data scientist to improve marketing performance and product personalization.

Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing to plan bidding and targeting for Search, Retargeting, and Email

Build models to rank and personalize product results

Use data and experiments to boost conversion

Turn business problems into clear data projects and ship them

Requirements

• 4+ years in data science
• Strong Python and SQL
• Solid math/stats and coding skills with a product mindset
• Proven experience shipping ML models with clear business impact
• Able to define problems, pick the right methods, and deliver
• Works well with cross‑functional teams
• Advanced degree in a technical field

Soft Skills

• Clear communicator

• Self‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑moving startup
