Engineering Lead – Web3

We’re building the next generation of decentralized financial infrastructure, enabling transparent and permissionless management of tokenized assets. We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to lead technical direction and ensure production-grade reliability across the system.

☑️ What You’ll Do

• Own architecture and technical strategy across smart contracts, backend, and frontend.

• Ship production-ready code with strong testing, CI/CD, and secure release practices.

• Maintain operational excellence: monitoring, incident response, and post-mortems.

• Lead security efforts, including audits, threat modeling, and key management.

• Build reliable data pipelines, integrations, and internal tools.

• Represent engineering externally with partners, auditors, and the community.

🔎 You Should Have

• 6 -10+ years building production systems, with 3+ years in crypto/Web3 or high-integrity fintech.

• Strong EVM/Solidity skills, testing and security mindset.

• Backend experience in TypeScript/Node, database experience (Postgres/Redis), and frontend experience with React/Next.js.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, infrastructure as code, and observability tools.

• Excellent communication; able to operate as senior technical point of contact.

💫 Nice to Have

• Experience with indexing, oracles, AMM/DEX internals, or wallet/exchange integrations.
