    About the role and product

    We’re seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the transformation of business requirements into high-quality, production-ready AI solutions. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery execution across multiple client-facing projects, implementing Sirma AI Enterprise for clients in finance, hospitality, logistics, retail, healthcare, and insurance industries. This role blends technical leadership, agile delivery management, and client communication, ensuring complex AI systems are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected standards.

We combine cutting-edge AI innovation with enterprise-grade security and flexible deployment options, delivering both cloud (SaaS) and on-premise solutions that keep organizations in complete control of their data and AI operations.

    Your responsibilities

    • Own and drive end-to-end delivery of Sirma AI Platform implementations from inception to deployment across SaaS, on-premise, hybrid and air-gapped configurations
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into AI agent architectures and implementation plans
    • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients (primarily US-based), ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines
    • Coordinate technical resources and ensure delivery milestones are met across distributed teams and time zones
    • Own and maintain delivery tracking using Jira (tasks, sprints, progress) and Confluence (technical documentation, decisions)
    • Facilitate system integration and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live activities
    • Monitor project metrics (effort, budget, risks, timelines) and provide regular updates to stakeholders
    • Promote delivery best practices, AI-specific quality gates, and continuous improvement initiatives across teams
    • Build reusable delivery playbooks and templates for different verticals

    Role’s requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in technical delivery or project management roles, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment
    • Hands-on experience or close collaboration with software engineering teams, with exposure to one or more languages (Java, Python, C#/.NET, JavaScript or other)
    • Experience delivering solutions in regulated or complex industries such as Automotive, Healthcare, or Cross-Industry (Retail, Logistics, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
    • Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Oracle) and core infrastructure concepts (backup/storage/cloud)
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a strong plus
    • Capable of working with distributed teams and managing delivery across different time zones
    • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
    • Excellent verbal and written English
