We’re looking for a motivated IT Operations Intern to join the IT team at Chaos. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, software management, and infrastructure support within a modern, global tech company.
What You’ll Do
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and access management.
Support software purchasing, contracts, and license management.
Help with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and inventory tracking.
Learn and work with tools like SentinelOne, NinjaOne, and Palo Alto VPN.
Support software installation, updates, and documentation.
Contribute to improving IT processes and internal documentation.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Interest in IT systems, networking, and software management.
Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and computer hardware.
Organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team.
Good communication skills in English.
