We are seeking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join our IT Tools & Automation team. In this role, you will guide and support agile teams to ensure smooth delivery of innovative IT solutions that drive automation, digitalization & efficiency across our organization.

You’ll work closely with the product owner, developers, stakeholders and the other Scrum Masters to foster a collaborative, high-performance agile culture and ensure our teams remain focused, empowered, and continuously improving.

Your daily routine would include:

• Serve as a servant leader and coach agile teams within the IT Tools & Automation department.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments to ensure team progress and focus on delivering high-value software solutions.
• Foster a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and team ownership.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-organized and prioritized backlog.
• Monitor agile metrics (like velocity or cycle time) and guide the teams toward improving performance and delivery flow.
• Promote agile principles across the department and collaborate with other Scrum Masters and the Agile Coach.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT-related environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (especially Scrum and Kanban) and lean principles.
• Working experience in Scaled Agile Frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
• Problem solving-mindset and highly flexible in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II) is preferred.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
