We are seeking for a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to join our IT Tools & Automation team. In this role, you will guide and support agile teams to ensure smooth delivery of innovative IT solutions that drive automation, digitalization & efficiency across our organization.
You’ll work closely with the product owner, developers, stakeholders and the other Scrum Masters to foster a collaborative, high-performance agile culture and ensure our teams remain focused, empowered, and continuously improving.
Your daily routine would include:
Serve as a servant leader and coach agile teams within the IT Tools & Automation department.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments to ensure team progress and focus on delivering high-value software solutions.
Foster a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and team ownership.
Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-organized and prioritized backlog.
Monitor agile metrics (like velocity or cycle time) and guide the teams toward improving performance and delivery flow.
Promote agile principles across the department and collaborate with other Scrum Masters and the Agile Coach.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or IT-related environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (especially Scrum and Kanban) and lean principles.
Working experience in Scaled Agile Frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus
Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
Problem solving-mindset and highly flexible in dynamic and fast-paced environments
Hands-on experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II) is preferred.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
