UI Designer

DSS is an established yet fast-growing IT company, and a ServiceNow Partner which provides professional consulting and software development services. Our main goal is to guide and assist our customers in improving their business processes by using diverse and innovative technologies to deliver the most flexible and personalized solutions.

Currently, we are looking for a talented, passionate and results driven UI Designer to join our team and work on projects for a major financial institution.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically as a UI Designer
• Strong expertise in visual design, crafting cohesive look & feel across mobile and web interfaces
• Hands-on experience in using, maintaining and scaling Design Systems, including defining components, patterns and guidelines together with the design and development teams.
• Proven experience designing both mobile applications and web applications
• Ability to deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready UI with clear design specifications for developers
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator
• Solid understanding of accessibility principles in UI design
• Excellent English, communication and analytical skills
• Strong ability to collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams
• Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field

• Experience in motion design, and iconography

What you’ll do:

• Transform ideas, requirements, and flows into polished, high-quality UI screens and components
• Apply, maintain and help expand an existing design system whose foundations are already in place
• Deliver pixel-perfect designs with all necessary specifications, assets, and developer-ready instructions
• Ensure consistency of visual language and look & feel across mobile and web products
• Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of the designs
• Work in an agile environment as part of a motivated, cross-functional team
• Contribute to digital products within the banking, investment, and beyond-banking domains
