We are now searching for an IT Support & Project coordinator, with key responsibilities split into two main directions.
About the Role:
IT Support (50%)
Provide first-level technical support to internal users (hardware, software, network, and account issues).
Log, track, and resolve support tickets.
Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees (equipment setup, account creation, permissions).
Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventory, and procedures.
Support troubleshooting for laptops, printers, mobile devices, and office network.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary.
Ensure security best practices (passwords, updates, basic cybersecurity hygiene).
Project Management (50%)
Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Coordinate tasks and deliverables across teams and stakeholders.
Help prepare project documentation (timelines, meeting notes, action lists, status reports).
Track progress, risks, and dependencies using project management tools.
Support regular project meetings: scheduling, agenda preparation, minutes.
Communicate updates to stakeholders and ensure follow-ups.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Assist with organizing UAT activities and participate when required.
Professional skills and knowledge:
1–2 years of experience in IT support, project coordination, or related roles.
Basic understanding of IT systems (Windows, networks, common enterprise tools).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.
Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
Fluent English.
And some key personal skills:
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders and vendors;
Be solution-oriented, constantly looking for ways to make things work better, run smoother and take less time;
Ability to prioritize and multitask;
Be self-motivated and proactive.
