The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe’s Digital Platforms Center of Excellence. We address the rapidly growing demand for automation with low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Mendix, Pegasystems, and others.

Our team builds cross-functional solutions where low-code automation is integrated with other cutting-edge technologies. We are responsible for both the development of low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to clients under the platform design best practices and with a defined implementation methodology.

IF YOU ARE

• Microsoft Power Platform Engineer with 5+ years of experience
• Experienced in implementing and integrating Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder solutions
• Qualified with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• Certified on the Microsoft Power Platform (PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600)
• Familiar with Microsoft Power Virtual Agents
• Proficient with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and data connectors
• Experienced with Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure AI services
• Skilled in prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and knowledge-grounding techniques
• Familiar with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
• Experienced in implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and embedding models
• Comfortable working within an Agile Scrum team
• Experienced with other AI solutions
• Familiar with the healthcare domain
• A strong problem-solver and communicator who collaborates effectively

AND YOU WANT TO

• Work with modern Microsoft low-code solutions for business automation
• Be engaged in the design, delivery, and support of various solutions from large-scale ground-up custom-developed low-code applications to cloud-based development and integration services
• Customize industry sector-focused packages that help our clients meet business objectives
• Establish implementation capabilities and limitations, performance requirements, and interfaces for the end-user solution of a diverse SDLC team to achieve project goals
• Carry out process-oriented application workflow configuration as well as component and integration testing within the desired Low Code platform
• Troubleshoot platform automation issues and communicate with platform support teams to resolve
• Conduct peer reviews of the work of other team members, validating code for compliance with standards and best practices
