Are you a Salesforce expert ready to shape and optimize a Sales Cloud environment for maximum impact?

Join our team to help design, enhance, and manage a robust Salesforce Sales Cloud environment that drives efficiency, insights, and seamless engagement for our sales operations.

    What you’ll be working on?

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect/Admin to provide ongoing support, enhancements, and best-practice guidance for our Sales Cloud instance. You’ll help optimize existing processes, expand system functionality, and support integration and reporting needs.

Your work will touch every aspect of the sales workflow: from lead capture to opportunity conversion, email and calendar integrations, sales engagement automation, reporting, and dashboards, to user permissions and system integrations. You will act as a technical partner for ongoing improvements, ensuring the system is fully configured and optimized for our sales teams.

    Your Role

You will take ownership of the architecture, configuration, and administration of our Salesforce environment, ensuring that our Sales Cloud platform drives efficiency and insight. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Lead & Opportunity Management: Configure and validate lead-to-opportunity field mappings, improve data model connections, and ensure key lead information surfaces properly across accounts and contacts.
    • Email, Calendar & Activity Integration: Implement Salesforce Outlook integration or Einstein Activity Capture, ensuring correct syncing of emails, calendar events, and activities.
    • Sales Engagement & Automation: Build automated outreach sequences, sales cadences, email templates, tasks, and workflows to streamline prospecting.
    • Reporting & Dashboards: Create custom reports, dashboards, and list views to track pipeline metrics, activities, and lead conversions.
    • User & Permission Management: Maintain profiles, roles, and permissions, ensuring team members have proper access to reports, dashboards, and objects.
    • Integrations: Support integrations with third-party tools such as negotiation platforms or analytics tools and assist with AppExchange installations.
    • General Admin Support: Provide ongoing hourly support for enhancements, troubleshooting, and recommendations for Salesforce best practices.
