Standard/ Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking several talented DevOps Engineers – both at the Standard and senior levels – to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will design, implement, and maintain cloud platforms supporting mission-critical applications for international clients.

You will play a central role in ensuring the availability, performance, reliability, and security of cloud-based services, while also driving automation, resilience, and operational excellence following SRE principles and a Live Site First culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate internal and production environments using Jenkins as a Service (JaaS), Python, Bash, and Shell scripts.
• Deploy and manage services across new Data Centers (DCs).
• Oversee service deployments and release management via JaaS, Concourse, Terraform, and related tools.
• Ensure smooth operations and ongoing maintenance, including:

1. Major change management;
2. Autoscaling & database scaling;
3. Subscription and resource updates

• Improve service resilience through automation frameworks, Multi-AZ setups, and Chaos Engineering practices.
• Monitor and manage alerting systems with Dynatrace, Grafana, and other platforms.
• Provide regional support for EU-access and MENA-access environments.
• Handle User Access Management, including CAM profile administration.

Qualifications & Skills:

For All Levels:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or System Administration roles.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong skills in Jenkins, GitHub, Puppet, Chef, or Travis CI.
• Programming/scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, Shell, Groovy, or Go.
• Experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, system monitoring, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, OpenShift, or Cloud Foundry.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

For Senior Engineers (in addition to the above):

• 5+ years of professional DevOps/SRE experience.
• Proven track record of leading incident/problem management processes and driving RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong ability to design automation frameworks and introduce best practices across teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
